Ultra-chic modern apartments need that special attention to detail to ensure the interiors match the stunning exterior. The Eastwood Monash project executed the brief perfectly. Wanting to complement the ample amount of natural light, the incorporation of natural textures and finishes brings an element of the outdoors inside, while presenting a modern, clean and fresh vibe.

Two different colour schemes were used throughout the 147 high-end apartments. Both providing an edgy-yet-sophisticated finish, while the use of laminate makes the entire project a breeze to keep clean and easy to maintain.

In the bathrooms, black laminate floating shelves in super matt provide unobtrusive storage options, while adding to the striking focal lines of the overall design. It’s all about flow and sharp lines, with concealed fixings on the floating shelves allowing the eye to easily cast over the finer details of the bathrooms. These work perfectly to contrast against the bright white tiles around the entire space.

The floating vanities help make the bathrooms feel spacious and are stunning in the two-colour combinations chosen: wood grain laminate and ceramic grey beige in gloss being utilised in the lighter colour scheme, and Hacienda Black matt gloss laminate in the darker colour palette.

The kitchens were also carefully planned with an emphasis on ease of use and durability while retaining their aesthetic qualities and providing a beautiful focal point. Dark grey vinyl with timber grains in super matt certainly add a lovely contrast to the lighter kitchen, while the darker colour scheme makes beautiful use of the more dramatic black vinyl walnut with timber grain.

A beautiful finish to these upmarket apartments that is sure to stand the test of time with flawless design and bespoke joinery options.
